EXTENSION TO BUNGALOW

This particular property was one of six bespoke built dwellings in Compton Verney Warwickshire and lies within the conservation area. With its unique design this project had its challenges. The property was to be extended thus providing a split level Dining room and Lounge with a tiered patio giving access onto the private lawned rear garden. Part of the brief was to also allow for an external fireplace and Barbeque area on the patio situated under a Pagoda style canopy which would have climbing plants added. The design of the new works blended in very well with the existing building and a tricky little development was completed successfully, much to the delight of our Clients who were out of the country for most of the building period. This project was project managed by Frank Price Architectural.
