EXTENSION AND ROOF ALTERATIONS TO BUNGALOW
This modest brick built bungalow had a flat roof rear extension and totally separate annex accommodation which required “pulling together” and whilst integrating the two separate structures it was an ideal opportunity the enhance the elevations by incorporating pitched tiled roofs and the removal of the existing flat roof, thus resulting in a pleasing rear/side elevation and a seamless internal arrangement providing an unhindered access from annex into the main dwelling.
