Frank Price Architectural drew plans up for us when we were undertaking a major refurbishment on our home including a large extension. They were extremely professional and had excellent ideas that we had not thought of ourselves. They liaised with the planning department and kept us abreast of the process at all stages. This is the second time I have used Frank and Liz for their architectural services on my home. The first time was 20 years ago, when Frank drew the plans for my conservatory. They delivered my ideas and requirements whilst providing a seamless service through to planning consent.
So, when I needed a ground floor extension to my house recently to accommodate my elderly mum who has some mobility problems Frank and Liz is who I went to. Mum and I are so pleased with the end result of a ground floor bedroom with wet room and utility room that is accessed via my exiting lounge, plus having a new garage.  Frank and Liz provided great suggestions for what was needed to provide accessible space and again turned our ideas into detailed drawings through to planning consent. This extension has made a great deal of difference to mum’s comfort and life.

Our building works are now complete and the extension has received many positive comments. The kitchen is now in full use and this too has received positive comment. We are also extremely happy with the extended dining room which is nearing completion (just needs carpet).
