STRATFORD-ON-AVON FLAT CONVERSION
From a derelict property in Stratford-on- Avon, to award winning “exemplar model” flat conversion. A derelict end of terrace 2 bedroom property was converted and extended to form 3 No one bedroom self-contained flats together with garden area and individual parking spaces contained within the site area. Frank Price Architectural designed and project managed the refurbishment of this award winning conversion. The Local Authority made a press release and referred to the project as an exemplar model as Frank Price Architectural had worked closely with the Stratford-on-Avon district council to produce 3 No flats to a very high standard.
